[Change. Transition] “Having spent over 2 decades in the corporate world, I realised that nowadays coaching has become a key part in human resources management. The last 18 months were a period of introspection, reflection, questioning, minding my emotions, working on a plan, reading many books, without mentioning the number of Facebook groups I have been added to which made me realise the necessity of coaching. I also had the chance to attend incredible and motivating events and conferences of top influencers in Singapore where I learnt a lot and discovered the difference I could make.

Personal Development] I have been working on my values together with what motivates me today which brought me to starting a Master Class on entrepreneurship as well as to follow courses I have always been interested in; non-verbal communication, transactional analysis and of course personal coaching.

Personal Development] After my initial certification with the International Coaching Federation, with more than 200 hours of coaching to my name, I have decided to continue pursuing to the next level of certification in order to continue to improve my skills. This personal development is what made me move forward, to make the switch, to take the big leap. This is what opened the gates for me to the Entrepreneurship world!
